I pull these counts every time someone tells me a program is "loaded." Loaded is a feeling. Three ranked players is a number. The counts first. Then the thing they hide, which is the more useful half.

Sixteen programs. Every one of them is a private academy or a national program except two: Christopher Columbus in Miami and Sierra Canyon in California play state-association schedules. Fourteen of sixteen do not.
The other count, which disagrees
Ranked underclassmen tell you who a program has now. Signees tell you who it graduated. Those are different lists, and the top of each is different.
Here is ESPN's final class of 2026 top 100, counted by high school:

Link Academy sent seven players into the 2026 top 100, more than anyone, and sits at the bottom of the current-roster list with three. Sierra Canyon has three ranked underclassmen and sent nobody. Neither of those is a criticism. They are programs at different points in a cycle, and a recruit reading one list without the other gets the wrong picture.
Minutes are not on this list
Nine programs appear on both lists: Prolific Prep, IMG, Bella Vista, AZ Compass, SPIRE, Montverde, Dynamic Prep, Southeastern Prep, and Link Academy. That overlap is the closest thing to a durable answer here. Those are the programs that both hold ranked players today and put them into the top 100 on the way out. The seven that appear only on the first list, including Sierra Canyon and Christopher Columbus, are holding talent that has not graduated yet.
What no count on this page tells you is playing time. Six ranked players on one roster means five of them are not the first option. A player choosing between a program with six ranked teammates and one with two is choosing between exposure and minutes, and the board cannot make that call for him.
The other thing the numbers hide: a school shows up here under whatever name the boards list it as. Bella Vista appears as CIA Bella Vista Prep on the recruit rows and Bella Vista Prep on the team board. Same gym.
